MESSAGE FROM DR. MARKS

For decades our attempts to understand the human being have been partial at best. Psychiatry and psychology have largely confined themselves to one plane — the mind. Medicine has focused on the body. Religion has tended to steward the soul. Each discipline has made real contributions, yet together they have left a gap: the human being in his full, integrated reality.

Sigmund Freud himself admitted as much when he confessed he had “always confined myself to the ground floor and basement of the edifice called man.” Gordon Allport called the prevailing approaches the “machine model” and the “rat model,” describing a scientific habit of reducing living, conscious persons to fragmented parts. The result is familiar: good techniques, limited outcomes, and people still asking the same three urgent questions at the deepest moments of their lives — who am I, what am I, and why am I?

These questions are not academic. They are engines of yearning — for identity, for purpose, for self-actualization. Too often, seekers encounter platitudes, fragmented theories, or silos of expertise that fail to speak to the whole person. Many reach the end of their days without a clear, factual, and integrated answer about the nature of their existence.

I offer a different frame: Deinoostriology — and its practical application, Deinoostrics. Deinoostriology recognizes that human existence comprises three interdependent dynamics: mind, body, and the ethereal life force that links us to something greater than ourselves. It is not enough to treat these elements in isolation. Only by synchronizing them can we reveal the full scope of human possibility.

This is not mysticism divorced from reason. It is a disciplined recognition that the human being is not a random organism trapped by material fate, nor merely a stream of chemicals and impulses. We are expressions of a life force far more powerful than any single part of us — and this life force can be learned, tuned, and aligned with our mind and body to produce permanent transformation.

My work in developing DNT began from humility and scholarship. I stood, as I put it, on the shoulders of giants — Freud, Pavlov, Watson, Maslow, Viktor Frankl, Parahansa Yogananda, and many others who opened critical vistas into mind, behavior, spirit, and the connection between them. I do not come to replace their insights; I come to extend them by offering a synthesis that treats the human being integrally.

What does this synthesis demand? First, clarity: honest answers grounded in fact and the absoluteness of truth about who we are. Second, practical synchronization: methods that teach someone to align mind, body, and life force so that the three function as one coherent system. Third, permanence: strategies that create lasting lifestyle change, not temporary fixes.

When the three dynamics are synchronized, the results are profound. People unlock capacities previously unseen — moral depth, intellectual clarity, physical vitality, creative expression, aesthetic appreciation, and spiritual resilience. Winners, in this sense, are not born; they are created. They are taught, fostered, and maintained. Deinoostrics is a practice designed to create winners.

To those who feel fragmented — intellectually capable yet empty, physically healthy yet unfulfilled, spiritually curious yet disconnected — Deinoostrics offers a pathway. Begin with honest questions: who am I, what am I, why am I? Seek answers that are disciplined, not comforting myths. Learn to tune the life force that animates you. Integrate that tuning with disciplined thought and healthy embodiment. Practice until coherence becomes habit.

We stand at a moment when piecemeal solutions no longer satisfy. The next evolution in human development demands a return to wholeness — an integrated science and practice of being. This is not a repudiation of past achievement; it is its fulfillment.

I invite you to explore this synthesis with an open mind and a rigorous heart. Ask the questions, test the methods, and, above all, commit to the long work of aligning mind, body, and life force. In doing so you reclaim a birthright: the capacity to become more than you have ever imagined.

"All human beings were born winners; but winners were not born.  Winners are taught, fostered, then maintained---Winners Are Created!"
